Peanut Butter Fudge Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 c margarine
  • 14 c cocoa
  • 1 c water
  • 12 c buttermilk
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 2 c sugar
  • 2 c flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. In a saucepan combine first 5 ingredients
  2. Stir constantly over a low heat until mixture bubbles
  3. Stir in sugar flour and baking soda while mixture is hot
  4. Beat until smooth then stir in vanilla
  5. Spread into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan
  6. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 until center is firm to the touch
  7. Cool
