Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 c sugar
• 1 c brown sugar
• 1 c peanut butter
• 12 c Crisco
• 12 c margarine
• 2 eggs
• 3 c self-rising flour
• Hersheys Kisses

Directions

1. Mix the sugars and shortening peanut butter and margarine together
2. Stir in flour
3. Shape dough into balls
4. Roll in granulated sugar
5. Place on cookie sheet about 2 inches apart Bake at 350 until edges are light brown 8 to 10 minutes
6. As soon as they are removed from the oven press a chocolate Kiss in center of each cookie
