Peanut Butter Layer Cake
Ingredients
- 12 c peanut butter
- 14 c butter
- 1 12 c brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 c cake flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 12 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 23 c milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Cream together peanut butter and butter
- Add sugar and cream until smooth
- Add eggs beat well
- Add dry ingredients alternately with milk
- Add vanilla
- Pour batter into greased and floured 8-inch square pans
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
- Cool in pan 10 minutes
- Finish cooling on rack
- Frost with Velvet Frosting
