Peanut Butter Logs

Ingredients

• 14 c margarine softened
• 1 c peanut butter
• 1 12 c confectioners sugar
• 3 c crisp rice cereal
• 1 c finely chopped peanuts
• 12 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1 Tbsp melted paraffin wax

Directions

1. Cream margarine and peanut butter in mixing bowl until light Add confectioners sugar gradually beating until fluffy
2. Stir in cereal
3. Shape by level tablespoonfuls into logs
4. Roll in peanuts
5. Place on waxed paper
6. Melt chocolate chips and paraffin wax in double boiler over hot water stirring
7. Drizzle over logs
8. Chill until serving
9. Makes 2 12 dozen
