Peanut Butter PattiesCookies
Ingredients
- 2 12 c shortening
- 3 c brown sugar
- 3 c white sugar
- 3 c peanut butter
- 6 eggs beaten
- 4 12 tsp vanilla
- 6 tsp soda
- 9 c flour
Directions
- Cream shortening and sugar add peanut butter and mix good Add eggs and vanilla and stir in flour and soda
- Roll into balls the size of a walnut press flat on top with a fork or potato masher
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 400
