Peanut Butter Pie From Mack MeinerS Cafe

Ingredients

• 4 oz pkg cream cheese
• 13 c peanut butter
• 1 c confectioners sugar
• 1 pkg whipped topping mix
• 1 9-inch graham cracker pie crust
• 14 c chopped peanuts

Directions

1. Whip cream cheese until fluffy
2. Beat in peanut butter and sugar until smooth
3. Set aside
4. Prepare 1 package topping mix as per directions on the envelope
5. Fold the 2 mixtures together and pour into pie shell
6. Top with chopped peanuts and chill
7. Serves 6 to 8 people
