Peanut Butter Pinwheels

Ingredients

• 1 lb confectioners sugar
• 13 c margarine softened
• 14 tsp salt
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 13 c light corn syrup

Directions

1. Mix until well blended
2. Knead until smooth
3. Divide in half Roll out and spread with peanut butter
4. Roll into log and slice
