Peanut Butter Quickie

Ingredients

• 1 c peanut butter
• 1 c sugar
• 1 egg

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Mix ingredients together and drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets
3. Press with a fork sugar coated
4. Bake for 10 minutes
5. Makes 1 dozen
