Peanut Butter Roll Candy

Ingredients

• 3 12 c sugar
• 1 c water
• 3 egg whites well beaten
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 12 c peanut butter
• powdered sugar

Directions

1. Boil sugar and water until it spins a thread
2. Do not stir Add egg whites and vanilla to thick syrup
3. Beat by hand until stiff Roll out on powdered sugar board and spread with peanut butter about 12-inch thick all over
4. Roll like jelly roll Slice and eat
