Peanut Butter Round Up

Ingredients

• 1 c shortening
• 1 c sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 c peanut butter
• 2 c sifted flour
• 12 tsp salt
• 2 tsp soda
• 1 c rolled oats

Directions

1. Heat oven to 350
2. Combine shortening and sugar in mixing bowl
3. Beat until light and fluffy
4. Add eggs and beat until well blended in peanut butter
5. Sift together flour salt and soda Combine with peanut butter
6. Stir in oats
7. Roll dough to form small balls
8. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet
9. With fork press cookie balls
10. If dough sticks to fork dip in flour Bake for about 12 minutes
