Peanut Butter Tandy Cakes

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c sugar
  • 1 c milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 c flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 14 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Beat eggs
  2. Add sugar gradually
  3. Add milk and vanilla
  4. Sift flour baking powder and salt
  5. Mix well
  6. Grease cookie sheet pan with sides
  7. Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes
  8. Spread with 1 cup creamy peanut butter while hot
  9. Cool completely
