Peanut Clusters

Ingredients

• 12 lb vanilla-flavored confectioners sugar coating cut up
• 1 6 oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate pieces
• 2 c cashews or peanuts

Directions

1. In a heavy medium saucepan melt confectioners coating and chocolate pieces over low heat stirring constantly
2. Stir in peanuts or cashews
