Peanut Pie

Ingredients
- 8 oz peanuts crushed or ground
- 12 c white corn syrup
- 1 stick margarine melted
- 3 eggs
- 12 c white sugar
- 14 tsp salt omit if peanuts are salted
- 12 tsp vanilla
- 1 8-inch pie shell
Directions
- Beat eggs slightly add sugar syrup and butter and mix well Add vanilla add peanuts
- Bake at 350 for about 45 to 50 minutes or until filling is firm and brown
- Pie may be soft when shaken gently but will firm as it cools
