Peanut PieFrom Southern Living Magazine
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
- 1 c sifted confectioners sugar
- 1 c chunky peanut butter
- 12 c milk
- 1 8 oz container frozen whipped topping thawed
- 1 9-inch graham cracker crust
- 14 c coarsely chopped peanuts
Directions
- Combine cream cheese confectioners sugar peanut butter and milk in a large mixing bowl beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until well blended
- Fold in whipped topping spoon into crust and sprinkle with peanuts
- Chill 8 hours
