Peanut Pretzel Bars

Ingredients

• 1 c sugar
• 34 c peanut butter
• 1 c white Karo syrup
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 4 c Special K cereal
• 1 c broken pretzel sticks
• 34 c salted peanuts
• 1 c chocolate chips
• 1 c butterscotch chips

Directions

1. Mix cereal and pretzel sticks
2. Spread in 10 x 15-inch pan that has been buttered
3. Put sugar Karo syrup and peanut butter in pan
4. Bring to a full boil stirring constantly
5. Stir in peanuts and vanilla
6. Pour over cereal spread evenly and press down firmly
7. Melt chips together and frost
8. Chill and then cut into squares
