Peanutty Ice Cream Balls
Ingredients
- 2 c frosted flakes crushed to 1 c
- 3 Tbsp chunky peanut butter melted
- 1 qt vanilla ice cream
- hot fudge topping
Directions
- Combine cereal and peanut butter
- Scoop ice cream into balls using No 16 ice cream scoop or shape into 2 14-inch balls
- Roll in cereal mixture
- Place on wax paper and freeze until firm Drizzle with hot fudge
- Makes 8
