Pear Bread
Ingredients
- 3 c flour self-rising
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
- 1 c chopped pecans
- 34 c vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 2 c sugar
- 2 c pears pealed and grated
- 2 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Combine flour cinnamon and pecans in a large bowl
- In a separate dish combine oil eggs sugar pears and vanilla
- Add to dry ingredients stirring just until moistened
- Spoon mixture into two greased loaf pans
- Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes
- Cool in pan for 10 minutes
