Pear Cake

Ingredients

• 3 well beaten eggs
• 2 c sugar
• 1 12 c oil
• 3 c flour
• 1 tsp soda
• 1 pinch salt
• 4 chopped pears
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Mix first three ingredients and set aside
2. Add flour mixture to egg mixture and mix well
3. Mix in pears and spices
4. Bake at 350 for 1 hour in tube or loaf pan
