Pear Cake

Ingredients

• 2 c pears chopped
• 2 c sugar
• 1 c nuts chopped
• 3 c flour
• 12 tsp nutmeg
• 12 tsp salt
• 12 tsp cinnamon
• 2 tsp soda
• 2 eggs beaten
• 1 c oil
• 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Combine pears sugar and nuts
2. Add flour nutmeg salt cinnamon and soda to pear mixture
3. Next add eggs oil and vanilla
4. Mix all well and pour into greased and floured tube pan Bake at 325 for 1 hour and 20 minutes
5. Cool
