Pear Cake
Ingredients
- 2 c sugar
- 3 c flour
- 1 12 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 tsp cloves
- 12 tsp cinnamon
- 12 tsp nutmeg
- 1 14 c cooking oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- 3 c fresh pears grated or chopped fine
Directions
- Sift all dry ingredients together
- Add oil eggs and vanilla Mix well and add pears
- Bake in greased and floured Bundt pan at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes
- No icing needed for this moist cake
- Great way to use up pears during pear season
