Pear Honey

Ingredients

• 9 c ground pears
• 1 c crushed pineapple
• 2 Tbsp lemon juice
• 5 c sugar

Directions

1. Cook all ingredients slowly until thickens
2. Pour into hot boiled jars and seal Makes 5 to 6 pints
