Pear Mincemeat Pie

Ingredients

• 12 c sugar
• 1 Tbsp flour
• 2 Tbsp melted margarine
• 2 small eggs
• 12 c milk
• 12 c pecans chopped
• 3 to 4 c prepared pear mincemeat

Directions

1. Mix first 6 ingredients well
2. Add to mincemeat and mix well Pour into an unbaked pie shell
3. Bake at 350 until set or done
