Pear Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 c butter
• 1 beaten egg Egg Beaters
• 1 12 c flour use 12 c wheat
• 2 Bartlett pears coarsely chopped to make 1 12 c
• 1 c brown sugar packed
• 2 c rolled oats
• 1 14 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 12 tsp salt
• 12 tsp baking soda
• granulated sugar

Directions

1. Cream butter with brown sugar until smooth
2. Beat in remaining ingredients except sugar until combined
3. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheet
4. Sprinkle generously with sugar
5. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until lightly browned
6. Makes 4 12 dozen
