Pear Pie
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 12 c sugar
- 1 c sour cream
- 14 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- 3 c sliced pears
- 1 c flour
- 12 c sugar
- 14 c melted butter
Directions
- Combine first 6 ingredients in mixer bowl
- Beat until smooth Pour half of the mixture into pie shell
- Arrange pears in pie shell
- Pour remaining sour cream mixture over pears
- Combine remaining ingredients in bowl and mix until crumbly
- Sprinkle over pie
- Preheat oven at 350
- Bake for 1 hour
- Yields 6 servings Pan size is 9-inch
