PearlS Trifle
Ingredients
- 2 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 2 large bananas
- 3 c cold milk
- 8 oz Cool Whip
- 1 lb sliced strawberries or raspberries
- 1 c powdered sugar
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 2 3 oz pkg vanilla pudding
- 1 large pkg sandwich cookies
- a few slivered almonds
- 2 medium jelly rolls sliced in 12-inch slices
Directions
- Mix cream cheese and sugar together until light and fluffy Set aside
- Drain pineapple and save juice
- Slice bananas into pineapple juice set aside
- Add vanilla pudding and milk to the cream cheese mixture and mix thoroughly until mixture thickens Gently fold in the Cool Whip and crushed pineapple
- Blend well but do not beat
- Crush cookies in blender
