Peas And Cheese Salad

Ingredients

• 13 to 12 c salad dressing or mayonnaise
• 12 tsp salt
• 12 tsp prepared mustard
• 14 tsp sugar
• 18 tsp pepper
• 1 10 oz pkg frozen green peas thawed and drained
• 1 c diced mild Cheddar or Colby cheese
• 1 medium stalk celery thinly sliced 13 c
• 3 sweet pickles chopped about 14 c
• 2 Tbsp finely chopped onion
• 2 hard-boiled eggs chopped

Directions

1. Mix mayonnaise salt mustard sugar and pepper in bowl
2. Add peas cheese celery pickles and onion
3. Toss
4. Stir in eggs Cover and refrigerate until chilled at least 1 hour
5. Serve on lettuce leaves if desired
