Peas And Zucchini

Ingredients

• 1 pkg frozen peas in butter sauce
• 2 Tbsp water
• 1 zucchini cut in thin strips
• 1 Tbsp diced pimiento

Directions

1. Cook peas according to package directions
2. Pour into a serving bowl cover with plastic wrap and set aside
3. Meanwhile in a skillet simmer water and zucchini over medium heat until water is evaporated and zucchini is tender
4. Stir in peas and pimiento
