Peas Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 2 10 oz boxes frozen peas
- 1 Tbsp parsley
- 23 Tbsp diced pimento
- 23 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped sweet pickle
- 12 c vegetable oil
- 3 Tbsp cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped green onion
Directions
- Put peas in colander
- Pour 2 kettles boiling water over them Drain combine with other ingredients
- Refrigerate
- Keeps 2 weeks
- Luncheon favorite
