Pecan - Cream Cheese Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 13 c sugar
  • 14 c sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 14 c walnuts
  • 1 c Karo syrup
  • 12 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Beat cream cheese 1 13 cups sugar 1 egg vanilla and salt until thick and creamy
  2. Beat 3 eggs
  3. Add 14 cup sugar Karo syrup and 1 teaspoon vanilla
  4. Spread cream cheese mixture in bottom of unbaked pie shell
  5. Then sprinkle nuts on top of pie Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes
