Pecan Balls
Ingredients
- 1 c sifted flour
- 12 c soft butter or margarine
- 1 c finely chopped pecans
- 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 18 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- confectioners sugar
Directions
- In a large bowl combine all ingredients except confectioners sugar
- Mix until well blended
- Refrigerate
- Heat oven to 375 Roll dough into 1 14-inch balls
- Place on ungreased sheet Bake 15 to 20 minutes
- Let stand 1 minute before removing from rack
- Cool slightly
- Roll in confectioners sugar while still warm
- Reroll before serving
