Pecan Brittle

Ingredients
- 12 c light Karo syrup
- 1 c sugar
- 34 c chopped pecans
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp butter or margarine
- 1 Tbsp baking soda
Directions
- Mix Karo and sugar in a glass bowl
- Put in microwave on High for 4 minutes
- Add nuts
- Microwave for 3 12 more minutes Remove and add vanilla butter and soda
- Spread on greased cookie sheet
- Let cool
- Crack into pieces
