Pecan Cake
Ingredients
- 1 c sugar
- 2 Tbsp pancake mix
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 14 c pecans finely ground in blender
- 4 eggs
Directions
- Cream sugar and eggs
- Add pancake mix and baking powder then ground pecans
- Mix all together well
- Place in 8 or 9-inch greased cake tin
- Bake in 350 oven for 20 minutes
- Frost with whipped cream
