Pecan Cakes

Ingredients
- 1 3 oz pkg cheese
- 1 stick softened butter
- 1 c flour
- 34 c brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp melted butter
- 14 tsp salt
- 12 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg
Directions
- Blend and beat all ingredients
- Spoon filling into unbaked shells filling each 34 full
- Sprinkle on chopped pecans
- Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
- Cool on rack
- Freezes well
