Pecan Cakes

Ingredients

  • 1 3 oz pkg cheese
  • 1 stick softened butter
  • 1 c flour
  • 34 c brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp melted butter
  • 14 tsp salt
  • 12 tsp vanilla
  • 1 egg

Directions

  1. Blend and beat all ingredients
  2. Spoon filling into unbaked shells filling each 34 full
  3. Sprinkle on chopped pecans
  4. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
  5. Cool on rack
  6. Freezes well
