Pecan Clusters

Ingredients

• 1 egg white
• pinch of salt
• 1 c light brown sugar

Directions

1. Beat egg whites until forms a soft peak add 12 sugar beat Then add other half until sugar is completely dissolved
2. Grease pans dip pecans in egg whites
3. Place flat on baking sheet
4. Bake in 350 oven until light brown
