Pecan Cream Drops
Ingredients
- 1 stick oleo
- 12 c canned milk
- 1 12 c pecans
- pinch of salt
- 2 12 c sugar
- 12 c light corn syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Put all ingredients except pecans and vanilla in pan
- When mixture begins to boil time for 3 minutes
- Remove from heat Add pecans and vanilla
- Beat by hand until thick enough to drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper
