Pecan Crescents

Ingredients

• 1 c oleo softened
• 13 c sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 c flour
• 34 c pecans chopped small
• 12 c powdered sugar sifted

Directions

1. Cream oleo sugar and vanilla add flour then nuts mix well Roll and shape into crescents
2. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 15 minutes
3. Remove and cool slightly
4. Put powdered sugar into a zip lock baggie
5. When the cookies are cooled a little add a few at a time to the powdered sugar and shake gently
6. Shake off any extra powdered sugar
7. Set on paper towels to finish cooling
8. This makes 4 dozen cookies
