Pecan Crescents
Ingredients
- 1 c oleo softened
- 13 c sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 c flour
- 34 c pecans chopped small
- 12 c powdered sugar sifted
Directions
- Cream oleo sugar and vanilla add flour then nuts mix well Roll and shape into crescents
- Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 15 minutes
- Remove and cool slightly
- Put powdered sugar into a zip lock baggie
- When the cookies are cooled a little add a few at a time to the powdered sugar and shake gently
- Shake off any extra powdered sugar
- Set on paper towels to finish cooling
- This makes 4 dozen cookies
