Pecan Crispies

Ingredients
- 12 c butter or margarine
- 6 Tbsp brown sugar
- 6 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 12 tsp vanilla
- 1 14 c sifted all-purpose flour
- 14 tsp soda
- 14 tsp salt
- 1 c chopped pecans
Directions
- Set oven to 375
- Cream butter and sugars until light
- Beat in egg and vanilla
- Sift together dry ingredients blend into creamed mixture
- Stir in nuts and drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet
- Bake about 10 minutes
- Cool slightly before removing from pan
- Makes about 2 12 dozen
