Pecan Crispies
Ingredients
- 12 c shortening
- 12 c butteroleo
- 2 12 c brown sugar
- 2 well beaten eggs
- 3 c flour
- 12 tsp soda
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 c chopped pecans
Directions
- Cream shortening butter sugar and eggs
- Beat well dry ingredients add to creamed mixture and add nuts Drop by tsp about 2 inches apart Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes Makes 5 dozen
