Pecan Dainties

Ingredients

• 1 lb pecans ground save some for garnish
• 1 lb brown sugar
• 3 egg whites beaten stiff

Directions

1. Mix together
2. Form into small balls
3. Roll in granulated sugar
4. Press into top of each cookie with thumb a piece of pecan or candied fruit
5. Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes
