Pecan Date Cracker Pie
Ingredients
- 12 crackers crushed
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c chopped pecans
- 12 chopped dates
- 3 egg whites
- 1 tsp almond flavoring
Directions
- Blend first 3 ingredients add chopped pecans and dates
- Beat 3 egg whites and blend gently with mixture
- Add almond flavoring Bake in greased pie dish at 375 for 20 minutes
