Pecan Fingers
Ingredients
- 1 c butter or margarine softened
- 9 Tbsp powdered sugar
- 12 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 c all-purpose flour
- 12 tsp ground nutmeg
- 2 12 c chopped pecans
- powdered sugar
Directions
- Cream butter and 9 tablespoons powdered sugar until light and fluffy
- Blend in vanilla add flour and nutmeg mixing until well blended
- Stir in pecans
- Shape dough into finger shapes about 2 inches long
- Place on ungreased cookie sheets
- Bake at 300 for 18 to 20 minutes
- Cook and roll each in powdered sugar Yields about 4 dozen
