Pecan Fudge Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 12 oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate pieces
  • 4 eggs
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 c light corn syrup
  • 2 Tbsp butter melted
  • 1 12 c chopped pecans
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. In small saucepan over low heat melt chocolate pieces stirring occasionally
  3. In medium bowl beat together next 5 ingredietns
  4. Slowly add melted chocolate stirring rapidly with wire whisk or spoon
  5. Fold in pecans
