Pecan Fudge Pie
Ingredients
- 1 12 oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate pieces
- 4 eggs
- 12 tsp salt
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 c light corn syrup
- 2 Tbsp butter melted
- 1 12 c chopped pecans
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- In small saucepan over low heat melt chocolate pieces stirring occasionally
- In medium bowl beat together next 5 ingredietns
- Slowly add melted chocolate stirring rapidly with wire whisk or spoon
- Fold in pecans
