Pecan Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 34 c sifted all-purpose flour
- 12 c sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 12 tsp baking soda
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 c sour cream
- 12 c peach preserves
- 1 egg
- flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 23 c chopped pecans toasted
Directions
- Position rack in center of oven and preheat to 400
- Line 10 muffin cups with muffin papers
