Pecan Orchard Chicken

Ingredients

• 4 6 oz chicken breasts
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1 lb unsalted butter
• 1 8 oz jar orange marmalade
• 12 c brown sugar
• 2 oz lemon juice
• 2 c pecans medium pieces

Directions

1. Pound chicken breast to 12-inch thickness salt and pepper and set aside
