Pecan Pie Bars
Ingredients
- 2 c unsifted flour
- 12 c powdered sugar
- 1 c cold margarine
- 1 14 oz can Eagle Brand milk not evaporated milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 6 oz pkg almond brickle chips
- 1 c chopped pecans
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 325 for glass
- In a medium bowl combine flour and sugar and cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse cornmeal
- Press firmly on bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan
- Bake 15 minutes
