Pecan Pie Cake
Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 12 c melted butter or margarine
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 12 c white corn syrup
- 12 c brown sugar packed
- 1 to 2 c chopped pecans
Directions
- Mix cake mix 1 egg and melted butter well
- Reserve 23 cup of this batter
- Spread the rest into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan
- Bake at 325 for 15 minutes or until lightly browned
