Pecan Pie For A Crowd

Ingredients

• 12 eggs beaten
• 1 c dark brown sugar
• 5 c sugar
• 2 c dark corn syrup
• 1 13 c honey
• 1 c butter or margarine melted
• 3 Tbsp vanilla extract
• 12 to 16 c chopped pecans
• 8 unbaked pie shells 9-inch each

Directions

1. In large mixing bowl combine first seven ingredients mix well
2. Add the pecans
3. Pour 2 14 cups filling into each pie shell
4. Bake at 300 for 40 to 50 minutes
5. This makes 64 servings
