Pecan Pie Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 c chopped pecans
- 1 c firmly packed brown sugar
- 12 c flour
- 12 c butter or margarine melted
- 2 eggs
Directions
- Mix first 3 ingredients together in large bowl Make a well in center In another bowl mix eggs until foamy Mix butter into eggs Put egg mixture into dry ingredients Mix well Pour into foil cupcake liners Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes You must use foil cupcake liners
