Pecan Praline Bars
Ingredients
- 24 graham crackers broken into 1 12 x 3-inch sections
- 1 c light brown sugar firmly packed
- 2 cubes margarine
- 1 c chopped pecans
Directions
- Line 12 x 18-inch cookie sheet or jelly roll pan with aluminum foil
- Place graham crackers on foil bringing foil up to form edges for crackers
- Preheat oven to 350
- Boil brown sugar and margarine cubes together for 3 or 4 minutes stirring constantly Add pecans and spread evenly over crackers
- Bake 10 minutes in preheated oven
- When cool cut along indentations of graham crackers
- Makes 4 dozen cookies
