Pecan Praline Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 2 to 3 c chopped pecans
- 1 stick butter
- 3 Tbsp vanilla
- 12 pt whipping cream
- 2 c sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1 can condensed milk
Directions
- Place pecans in butter in a skillet and toast
- In a separate bowl mix all other ingredients
- Mix in pecans
- Pour mix into freezer add milk to fill line
- Follow ice cream manufacturers directions
