Pecan Puffs
Ingredients
- 1 lb butter
- 8 Tbsp sugar
- 4 c flour
- 4 tsp vanilla
- 2 cans pecans
Directions
- Mix butter sugar and vanilla until creamy
- Add pecans
- Mix then gradually add flour
- Knead for 5 minutes
- Refrigerate overnight
- Take out 1 hour before using teaspoon roll in balls and bake 30 minutes at 350
- Roll in confectioners sugar when hot then again when cooled
