Pecan Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 1 c canned pumpkin
  • 13 c sugar
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 23 c white corn syrup
  • 12 c sugar
  • 3 Tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 c pecan halves
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Stir together 1 slightly beaten egg pumpkin 13 cup sugar and pumpkin pie spice
  3. Spread over bottom of pie shell
  4. Combine 2 beaten eggs corn syrup 12 cup sugar butter and vanilla
  5. Mix well and stir in pecans
  6. Spoon over pumpkin mixture
  7. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until filling is set
