Pecan Ritz Pie

Ingredients
- 20 Ritz crackers crumbled
- 12 c sugar
- 12 c chopped pecans
- 3 egg whites beaten
- 12 c sugar
- 34 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Mix the first 3 ingredients together in small bowl
- Set aside
- Put egg whites in a large mixing bowl and beat until it forms peaks
- Slowly add sugar then vanilla
- Add first bowl of dry ingredients and fold together gently with large spoon
- Pour into 9-inch pie plate
- Bake at 325 for 30 minutes
